This is steak night with a seriously Cornish twist. Chargrilled sirloin meets its perfect match in a silky peppercorn cream sauce made with Trewithen’s luxuriously thick Cornish Clotted Cream and a splash of whiskey or apple brandy. The rick, velvety sauce clings beautifully to the seared steak, while seasonal sprouting broccoli and wilted greens balance every bite. Simple, indulgent, and packed with flavour – it’s comfort food with a sophisticated edge.
