Pasties are best warmed in the oven – avoid using a microwave, which can upset the pastry. Don’t forget to put jam on the scones first – the Cornish way!

We use professional couriers who will handle your delivery with care and attention.

Our courier orders are tracked in transit. We require an email address and mobile number at the time of placing the order, this way the courier will be able to contact the purchaser or recipient before delivery, to inform them of the one-hour delivery slot for their hamper. This will allow the purchaser or recipient to make alternative arrangements if the proposed slot is not convenient.

If you have given us an email address we will send you the tracking number when we ship your hamper so you can track it.

Please use the courier’s website to track progress and contact them in the first instance if there are any issues or further instructions regarding the delivery.

Many of our pre-made hampers are marked as free delivery. Free delivery on these items is offered with DPD next day service.

If you select a weekend date or pre-13 delivery for one of these items, it is offered at an additional cost.

Due to the perishable nature of the contents, we are unable to deliver hampers to the following postcode areas: PH17-PH26, PH30-PH41, PH49, and PH50; FK18-FK21; HS postcodes; KW postcodes; Scottish Isles; Northern Ireland; Channel Islands; Scilly Isles; and Isle of Wight.

We offer a 48-hour delivery time to the following postcode areas: AB35-AB38; all IV postcodes; all ML postcodes; PA21-PA38, PA80, and the Isle of Man.
