Key Responsibilities
Working as part of a team, you will be helping us craft award-winning delicious milk and clotted cream from our HQ nestled among rolling fields near Lostwithiel.
You will be trained to understand all the Quality Assurance procedures and practices which help our busy teams operate in a timely and efficient manner. This will mean operating machinery (cleaning, sanitising, etc) and doing your share of any other duties reasonably required.
Our roles require varying levels of skills and responsibility, so we will look to reward anyone who joins us with good experience and develop those who want to progress and earn more. Qualifications & Skills
- A positive ‘can-do’ approach is vital as you’ll be working in a fast-paced production environment.
- We’ll provide all the training you need, but if you have worked in an industry such as food manufacturing before, that would be an advantage.
- Some of the work will be physically demanding. You must have the ability to work under pressure and towards deadlines.
- You will need good communication skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
