A delicious frozen bark using natural yoghurt or your flavoured yoghurt of choice.

Step 1
Spread your yoghurt onto 2 baking trays, lined with baking parchment and use a spatula to make a smooth layer.
Step 2
Sprinkle a selection of fresh fruit, granola and drizzle melted chocolate over the surface.
Step 3
Freeze for 2+ hours and serve by cracking into frozen shards.

I didn’t know yoghurt bark existed before trying this but now Ill be making it again and again. Creamy and refreshing at the same time,and a tasty and healthier alternative to ice cream. I used natural yoghurt, but next time I think I’ll try strawberry.
Ingredients
- 400ml Natural Trewithen Yoghurt or Flavoured Yoghurt
- 50g Melted 70% Dark Chocolate
- 100g Raspberries
- 100g Strawberries, sliced
- 50g Blueberries
- 2 tbsp Granola
