A delicious frozen bark using natural yoghurt or your flavoured yoghurt of choice.
Frozen Yoghurt Bark
Serves: 2 Prep Time: 5 minsSpread your yoghurt onto 2 baking trays, lined with baking parchment and use a spatula to make a smooth layer.
Sprinkle a selection of fresh fruit, granola and drizzle melted chocolate over the surface.
Freeze for 2+ hours and serve by cracking into frozen shards.
I didn’t know yoghurt bark existed before trying this but now Ill be making it again and again. Creamy and refreshing at the same time,and a tasty and healthier alternative to ice cream. I used natural yoghurt, but next time I think I’ll try strawberry.
