Get into the spooky spirit with this Halloween cheesecake. Rich, creamy and delicious, this treat is perfect for any Halloween celebration.
Halloween Cheesecake
Serves: 8 Prep Time: 40 mins Prep Time: 4 hrs Prep Time: 4 hrs 40 minsPut the biscuits into a food processor and crush until a fine crumb. Add the melted butter and mix.
Put the crumb into a 23cm cheesecake tin and press down to form the base. Chill in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Mix the soft cheese, mascarpone, orange zest, sugar and milk in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer.
In a separate bowl whip the cream with a hand mixer until it is thick like sauce. Add the yellow and red colouring to your chosen colour and then add to the cheese mix mixing gently.
Remove the biscuit base from the fridge and spread the cheese mix evenly. Return to the fridge for at least 4 hours to set.
Remove from the fridge and decorate with your favourite Halloween patterns.
