The Healthy Breakfast Bowl

This is a beautifully balanced breakfast with the acidity from the grapefruit juice, together with the sweetness from the strawberries and blueberries and the aromatic basil, all mixed in with our tangy Trewithen Dairy Natural Yoghurt. Delicious!

Method

Step 1

Start by preparing your fruit – slicing the strawberries in half, segmenting a grapefruit and adding in some of the zest.

Step 2

Layer your breakfast bowl, starting with granola then a generous dollop of yoghurt. Top with grapefruit, zest, blueberries and strawberries.

Step 3

Garnish with torn basil leaves and a sprinkle of bee pollen.
